Open Job Placement Program

The Open Job Placement program provides job readiness training, job placement, and job retention services for people with barriers to employment who live in the Shreveport-Bossier City and Monroe areas. This program is supported by a grant from the Community Foundation of North Louisiana and the United Way of Northwest Louisiana Grant Fund of the Community Foundation and Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana. It is free to program participants.

Outreach Placement Program

Outreach Placement provides job readiness training, job placement, and job retention to people living in rural areas throughout five parishes in Northwest Louisiana. This program is open to the public. The parishes served are: Caddo, Bossier, De Soto, Natchitoches and Webster. This program is supported by a grant from the Community Foundation of North Louisiana and the United Way of Northwest Louisiana Grant Fund of the Community Foundation and Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana and is free to program participants.

Ex-Offender Program

The Ex-Offender Program provides job readiness training, job placement and job retention services to ex-offenders in the Shreveport-Bossier communities. This program is open to the public. The program also provides job readiness training for offenders who are incarcerated at the Caddo Correction Center and is supported by a grant from the Community Foundation of North Louisiana and the United Way of Northwest Louisiana Grant Fund of the Community Foundation and Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana and is free to program participants.

GoodSupport Program

The GoodSupport Program is a referral only program through the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court that helps aid non-custodial parents. The program provides job readiness training, job placement and job retention services to these individuals with the goal of employment retention, empowerment, and providing successful financial support for their families. This program is funded by the Caddo Parish Juvenile Court and the Caddo Parish Commission. This program is free to program participants.
