For nearly 100 years, Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana has relentlessly focused on a single goal: Transforming generations by empowering people through the power of work. We believe that education, skills training and work are the only true pathways out of poverty, and strive to provide opportunities for people in our community who face obstacles to sustainable employment: people who have disabilities, people lacking education, people with criminal backgrounds, people facing homelessness and youth lacking opportunity.

Our culture
Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana is distinguished through its fully inclusive culture. We maintain a positive and open work environment. Culture starts with a value system, and supporting these values through action is the ultimate challenge. We embrace an important concept called ‘servant leadership.’ Through this approach, the leaders of our organization are actually at the bottom of an inverted organizational chart.
